We will camp for 3 nights in the park as we move around utilizing different campsites and trails.

• This includes all park/campsite fees
• Basic planning for the adventure itself as well as sample packing lists
• Minimum 3 hours of coaching via phone or video prior to the retreat
• Several coaching sessions throughout each day (individual and group)
• Group meditations and mindfulness exercises
• Photos I will take along the way for you to remember this trip. I bring a professional camera on all treks to document the trip for you if you choose
