Oklahoma 4-Day Retreat

We will camp for 3-4 nights in the park with options to base in possibly 2 locations (less movement, day hikes with small packs) or move around utilizing different campsites and trails. The location still TBD but the details are similar.

• This includes all park/campsite fees
• Basic planning for the adventure itself as well as sample packing lists
• Minimum 3 hours of coaching via phone or video prior to the retreat (for all parties involved, perhaps 12 hours total and we can divide as you see fit amongst the family)
• Several coaching sessions throughout each day (individual and group)
• Group meditations and mindfulness exercises, (this will be awesome with the family!)
• Photos I will take along the way for you to remember this trip. I bring a professional camera on all treks to document the trip for you if you choose
